Member obligation and liability Members are bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Charity. A copy can be obtained from the Trust. In the event of the Charitable Company being wound up during the time of membership or within one year afterwards, the liability of members is limited to £1. Any remaining property whatsoever will not be distributed among the members, but will be given to another charitable institution with objects similar to those of Cholsey CDT.
