Event Details
Local resident, Eleanor Johns, is currently completing her last year of A-Levels at Wallingford School. She has been selected to volunteer in Myanmar for 12 months with a Scottish educational charity named ‘Project Trust’ starting in September 2019.
She will be working with school children in Myanmar teaching them English.
To facilitate her trip, she has been set a fundraising target of £6,200!
This Charity Ceilidh event is one of many that she is hosting locally to ensure she reaches her target and get her to Myanmar.
The Rosa Band with a professional Ceilidh Caller are booked to entertain and get everyone on their feet dancing!
There will be nibbles, a licenced bar and a fantastic auction to complete the evenings entertainment.
