Cholsey Bonfire Night

Cholsey Bonfire Night returns to the cricket field on Friday, 1 November at the earlier time of 5pm.

Join us for BBQ, bar, hot choc, mulled wine and candy floss. There will be sparklers and glow sticks available to buy too.

5pm – event starts

6pm – GUY competition is judged and prize awarded to the best one

6.30pm – Bonfire is lit

7.30pm – Firework display

Cholsey Bonfire Night is put on each year by the CCDT and 1000 Plus for the benefit of our community and is FREE to attend. We hope you can come and enjoy the safe and friendly environment and the quieter, family-friendly fireworks.

We thoroughly enjoy putting on this event each year, but with each event costing over £2,500, this may be our last for a while as we simply have been unable to raise the funds again this year.

We rely on your support more than ever! If you enjoy Cholsey Bonfire Night and wish to secure its future, please give generously on the night. You will find plenty of bucket shakers at the exits and there will be donation buckets on each station. If you can, please give £5 per adult and £2 per child.
