Cholsey CDT is a registered charity in Oxfordshire in the UK. The vision for Cholsey CDT is to support the thriving and sustainable community at Cholsey.
To achieve this, the aims of Cholsey CDT are to:
- Facilitate the further development of a strong and vibrant community
- Facilitate integration between all sectors of the Cholsey community, through joint activities with other community groups
- Encourage a low carbon and green lifestyle
- Own, maintain and effectively manage endowed community land and buildings
You will help ensure the charity has the resources, funding and support needed to be the best charity it can be.
We would particularly welcome someone with a professional background in Finance and/or Treasury Management. You will support the Trust Administrator to manage the finances and ensure we maintain financial systems in order to retain full control of funds.
You will help the committee set annual financial budgets and provide financial reports showing income and expenditure, attending board meetings as necessary.
You do not need to have previous experience in a charity to join us; we are looking for someone with good judgement, integrity, and be open to new ideas.
